About Mohammad Ayaz Sadat, MD
Dr. Mohammad Ayaz Sadat graduated from Nangarhar Medical School, Afghanistan. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Orange Park Medical Center, Orange Park, Florida in 2018.
After successfully completing his residency, Dr. Sadat joined North Florida Medical Center and worked as a Primary Care Physician at Crestview, Florida until 2020.
In February 2020, Dr. Sadat joined TeamHealth and worked as a Hospitalist and Inpatient Consultant at HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood, Texas.
Dr. Sadat is an attending physician for the Internal Medicine Residency Program at HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood and Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Sciences, College of Medicine, University of Houston, TX.
Dr. Sadat is Board Certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). As an attending physician, he teaches and mentors residents and medical students at HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood.
Dr. Sadat completed the faculty development International Fellowship program sponsored by the Department of Family and Community Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine.
